Website Terms of Use

Rules for using the Vireon website.

Effective April 22, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Vireon website at vireongov.com. They do not govern use of the Vireon SaaS product, which is provided to customers under a separate written agreement.

Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Vireon Gov (“Vireon,” “we,” “us”).

The Site vs. the product

The “Site” refers to our public marketing pages, including our product, solutions, security, privacy, and contact content. The “Product” refers to the Vireon SaaS application (the grant-management platform) that Vireon offers to customer organizations under a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA), Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and related order forms. Nothing in these Terms governs the Product; nothing in the MSA or DPA governs the Site.

Permitted use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own informational and evaluation purposes: reading our content, submitting our Demo Request or Contact Us forms in good faith, and sharing links to our pages.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from the Site beyond ordinary browsing.
  • Reverse-engineer Site behavior beyond ordinary browser inspection, or attempt to access non-public parts of the Site or its infrastructure.
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information through any form.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to impersonate another person or organization.
  • Interfere with the Site’s operation, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt to bypass security controls without prior written authorization. Good-faith security research is welcomed through the “Report a vulnerability” option on our Security page.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit forms or otherwise transact with the Site.
  • Access the Site to build a competing product or service, or to copy our content, design, or branding.
  • Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including copy, graphics, logos, icons, screenshots, page layouts, design elements, and the Vireon name and marks — is owned by Vireon Gov or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The limited license granted in “Permitted use” is your only right to our content. No license to reuse, modify, or redistribute is granted or implied.

User submissions

When you submit information through the Site (for example, via the Demo Request or Contact Us forms), you represent that (a) the information is accurate, (b) you have the authority to provide it, and (c) your submission does not violate any third party’s rights or any law.

You grant Vireon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your submitted information to respond to your inquiry and for related internal business purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links

The Site may link to external websites or resources. We do not control those resources, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices.

No professional advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. It is not legal, financial, compliance, procurement, or other professional advice. Use of the Site does not create any professional or fiduciary relationship between you and Vireon. Do not act in reliance on Site content without independent professional guidance appropriate to your situation.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Vireon disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and freedom from errors. Screenshots, diagrams, and product descriptions on the Site may depict features that are planned, in development, or available only to certain customers, and may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vireon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Vireon’s total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100.00). This limit applies in the aggregate to all claims and regardless of the theory of liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vireon, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your misuse of the Site, (b) your submission of information that is false, misleading, or infringes another party’s rights, or (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party waives any right to a jury trial with respect to disputes arising under these Terms. This waiver does not apply where prohibited (for example, to government entities that cannot waive this right by law).

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.

Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vireon regarding the Site.

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
